Returns

  • Customers may return any unused or defective merchandise within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • Returns Accepted Can Be; (I.) Exchanged For Any Other Product Of Equal Value, Or Higher Value Having Paid The Difference, (Ii.) Refunded In The Form Of Store Credit, Where You Can Purchase A Product In the Future For The Same Value Of The Returned Product(S). Cash Refunds Will Not Be Provided As Per The Company’s Policy, And Any Such Requests Will Only Be Considered Upon Review By The Management.
  • Returns For Warranty Claims Will Be Accepted For The Due Course Of The Warranty Period, And Upon Inspection And Decision Of The Technical Team, The Product Will Be Replaced Given The Nature Of The Issue With The Product Is Covered Under The Warranty, Or Given An Instance Where You Want To Upgrade The Product, We Will Consider The Period It Has Been Used, And 50% Or More Of The Initial Purchase Value Will Be Reduced, And The Difference Will Have To Be Paid To Purchase The Upgrade.

Refunds

  • All the returns/exchanges should be done within 07 days, and the related invoice/warranty card with contact details must be provided.
  • Refunding or reimbursing will be completed within 07 working days after the item acceptance. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase (For Payment Via PAYHERE ). Contact us for the eligibility and refund process.
  • For items purchased via our website (online), the return courier charges and resending courier charges should be paid by the customer. Please note that after the sale, non-returnable items will not be accepted for any reason. Therefore, be sure to check those items before purchasing.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at techneoslk@gmail.com or 94706379389 WhatsApp messages for further process.
  • To return your product, you should mail/courier your product to No.273, Galle Road, Mount Lavinia, Srilanka.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
